Kelly Davis

I decided to pursue a career in nursing in July 2000. I began my journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Then I progressed through the traditional nursing pathway: graduating as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in 2003 and as a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2006.
I am a proud graduate of Grand Canyon University (GCU), having completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. My academic path at GCU was completed entirely online, with the BSN earned in 2009, the MSN in 2011, and the DNP in 2018. Additionally, I completed the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program at Olivet Nazarene University in 2016. In addition to operating three clinics, I also teach online for Grand Canyon University.
Over the years, I have gained diverse experience in several areas of nursing, including Agency Nursing—which encompasses work in intensive care units (ICU), nursing homes, and home care settings—Medical-Surgical nursing, Pediatrics, Home Health and Hospice, urgent care, family practice, and walk-in/rural clinics. I have certifications for Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Certified Medical Examiner.
In addition to my nursing career, I served in the United States Air Force (USAF) for almost seven years as a Security Specialist. My assignments included stations in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and Kunsan, South Korea. I have been married to a wonderful man for over 28 years, and we have two adult children and lots of furry babies!

With an unwavering dedication to precision and personalized care, Dan elevates every patient experience. His passion lies in guiding clients toward results that enhance their confidence, restore balance, and support whole-body well-being.
Outside the clinic, Dan enjoys the busy, joy-filled life he shares with Ashley on their farm—home to a whole variety of animals. He is a proud dad of four, and together, he and Ashley share three of their children.

Management / Nurse Manager
Ashley brings fourteen years of experience in healthcare and a true passion for helping others feel confident inside and out. After earning her Associate’s Degree in Nursing in 2023, she has devoted her career to delivering exceptional patient care while also supporting the growth of strong, successful teams and practices.
Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys the busy, joy-filled life she shares with Dan on their farm—home to a whole variety of animals. She is a proud mom of four, and together she and Dan share three of their children. When she’s not caring for patients, you’ll find her cheering at sports games, heading to appointments for the baby, or simply keeping up with the everyday adventures of a family that’s always on the move.

Madison earned her Associate's Degree in Nursing in 2023. She is an ER nurse of 2.5 years who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact care. Nursing has always been her dream job, and she’s grateful every day to live it out. She also discovered a passion for aesthetic nursing along the way, which led her to Trim, where she loves the uplifting atmosphere and the personalized care the team provides. Whether she’s in the ER or helping clients feel and look their best, Madison brings compassion, skill, and a whole lot of positive energy to everything she does. Madison’s favorite products to receive at trim are the Vita-Complex shot, Glutathione shot, and the NAD!

Charley is a compassionate Registered Nurse whose emergency department experience since 2020 has refined her commitment to whole-body wellness. She believes true health begins with empowerment—helping clients feel confident, energized, and supported on their journey.
Her favorite rejuvenating treatments include glutathione, celebrated for its detoxifying and antioxidant power, and Skinny Shots, designed to elevate energy and motivation.

Born and raised in Texas, I’ve always had a passion for caring for others and serving my community. I graduated from Rockford University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, where I built a strong foundation in patient care. For a little over three years, I’ve worked as a nurse in the Emergency Department of a Level 1 trauma hospital—an environment that has sharpened my skills, strengthened my resilience, and deepened my commitment to making a difference in people’s most critical moments.

Born in Hawaii, I later moved to Shabbona, Illinois, where I laid the foundation for my nursing career. I earned my Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Kishwaukee College and am currently advancing my education by pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) through Capella University. For nearly four years, I have worked as an Emergency Room nurse, gaining extensive experience in fast-paced, high-acuity settings and developing strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and compassion for patients during their most critical moments. I am committed to lifelong learning, professional growth, and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

I’m an Emergency Room nurse with a
heart for helping others and a big passion for all
things wellness. I graduated from Saint Ambrose University in Iowa, and caring for people has always been at the core of who I am.
When I’m not in the ER, you’ll probably find me at the gym — I love working out and the way it keeps me grounded and energized. Speaking of energy… B12 is my absolute favorite boost. I’m obsessed with how energized and refreshed it makes me feel. I also absolutely love NAD+ and glutathione; they really make my body feel so much better.
A little fun fact to round it out: Cody Johnson is my favorite artist, and yes, I will never skip a CoJo song. 🤠🎶
